Liam + Kim

Wikipedia – the font of all knowledge these days (poor Oxford!) – states that happiness is a mental state of wellbeing characterised by positive emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. And I’m sure you will agree looking at these photos, that both Liam and Kim were definitely at the ‘intense joy’ stage of happiness for every single moment of their wedding day. I mean, seriously – just look at them? Happiness is literally shining off their faces like sunlight!!! I have been sitting here editing their photos for the last hour smiling back at them (and, to be honest, looking pretty foolish grinning like a Cheshire cat, all alone, at a computer screen. Oh dear.) In fact it seemed that the whole universe was experiencing ‘intense joy’ because just as Liam and Kim said, “I do”, the sun came out from behind the clouds and shone its little heart out for the rest of the day. Liam and Kim, I think we should link this page to Wikipedia as the perfect example of happiness? I have no idea how to do that but it can’t be that hard now can it? So, who’s with me?

Hi Jake Thanks so much for your comment. The Where the Wild Things Are is at Brown Dog Cafe in Woolloongabba – not far from the main drag on Logan Road. It is underneath Milani Galleries and they make a mean coffee so you should go and check it out. Good luck with your wedding day plans!
Wow! These pictures are amazing.
It’s so difficult to find fantastic urbane settings in Brisbane. Love the cafe with Max from Where The Wild Things Are on the wall. Where is that? I’m getting married in two months and am always on the look out for a location.
Thanks for all the real wedding blogs!
I cannot believe those first two photos! Like Mary Poppins meets Magritte! Amazing! Really lovely work. And a lovely wedding. Bravo!
